President Ellen Hirsch de Haan, Esq., is an active member of CAI's National Faculty, teaching the M-100, M-202, M-203, and M-204, and sits on the NBC-CAM Board of Commissioners. Ellen also educates board members and homeowners in Florida as part of CAI Florida Condominium and Cooperative Education programs. Ellen was President of CAI in 2000-2001, and is CAI's 2007 educator of the year.

President-elect Lincoln Hobbs, Esq., is an active member of CAI's National Faculty, teaching the M-100, M-202, M-204, and M-205, as part of CAI's Professional Management Development Program. Lincoln is also the founder and past president of the Utah Chapter of CAI, and is a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers.

Vice president Sandra Matteson-Pierson, LSM, PCAM, is a member of the large-scale managers committee. Sandra also educates board members and homeowners in Florida as part of CAI Florida Condominium and Cooperative Education programs.

Treasurer Pamela Scott, CMCA, PCAM, is a founding member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Chapter and has served on the executive board for both the St. Louis Chapter and the Nevada Chapter. In addition, Pamela has served on the Nevada Legislative Action committee since 1992.

Secretary Carole Murphy, CMCA, PCAM, is a member of the CAI Faculty, teaching in CAI's Professional Management Development Program. Carole is also a delegate to California Legislative Action Committee of CAI.

Immediate past president Robert Browning, PCAM, RS, is a former member of CAI's Board of Trustees. Robert is also a former delegate to the California Legislative Action Committee of CAI, and is active in the CAI California North Chapter.

Claudette Carini, Chapter Executive Director, New England Chapter CAI — CED Carini was hired as the first executive director of the New England Chapter CAI in 1994. Their membership has soared to 2,000 people in thousands of community associations in four states: Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Maine.

Director Mickel Graham, PCAM, served as President of the Foundation for Community Association Research in 2006-2007, and is an active member of the CAI Faculty. He has also served on the CAI board of trustees, and has been an active leader of the CAI Georgia Chapter in Atlanta.

Paul Grucza, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the creator and host of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter's own local cable access television show, Community Contact, which airs on three stations. Paul frequently promotes the work of the Foundation on his show. Paul is also a member of CAI's Faculty, and served as President of CAI in 2004-2005.

Director David A. Larkin, Esq., serves as the National Director of Community Associations for Toll Brothers, Inc. and oversees several hundred community associations throughout 21 states.

Mark D. Pearlstein, Esq., is the current Chair of the Illinois Legislative Action Committee of CAI, and is a member of the CAI College of Community Association Lawyers, and the Advisory Group for the Uptown Habitat for Humanity. Since 1988, Mark has written a weekly column on condominium and homeowner association law for the Chicago Tribune entitled "Condominiums."

Director Lucia Anna "Pia" Trigiani, Esq., serves as a delegate to the Virginia Legislative Action Committee (VALAC), chair of the Government & Public Affairs Committee, and is an active member of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI.

Director Debra Warren, CMCA, PCAM, is a member of CAI's National Faculty, teaching in the Professional Management Development Program. She is a former member of CAI's Board of Trustees, former chair of the APCM Board, and the 2007 chair of the designation ethics committee.
