Adopt-a-Library

Donate CAI publications (MS Word) to your local library! The Adopt-a-Library program allows sponsors to provide local community libraries with current CAI publications that address a wide variety of homeowner and association board concerns. The tax-deductible cost of the library is only $350; the Foundation underwrites the remainder. Through this program, the local library receives publications valued at more than $1,500.

The Adopt-a-Library program benefits the library, homeowners, and the library sponsor. The local library obtains a wide variety of publications to educate local homeowners about the latest industry trends and nuts-and-bolts approaches to community association living and management. Homeowners have access to these valuable publications, which provide options for addressing the important issues facing community associations.

The Foundation for Community Association Research presents only 20 Adopt-a-Libraries per year, so apply early. If you have any questions, email foundation(at)caionline.org or call (888) 224-4321.
